I recently visited Clear Smiles Dentist after experiencing an issue with a crown that had fallen out, which was fitted by a different dentist. Amazing experience. I had a consultation booked after seeing and speaking to Dr Sharma on social media. From the moment I got to the surgery, the staff were amazing. They made me a coffee and gave me some water, they were super friendly, and I had a great chat with the staff while I was waiting for Dr Southi (who I saw on the day). The surgery is clean, warm and welcoming, with stunning decor including a lovely white piano which is an amazing centre piece. In the consultation, Dr Southi explained everything clearly and simply and was very warm and welcoming. He even offered advice on things outside of the dental procedure, including talking to a colleague who had experience with having a child with additional needs (my son has some autism). I was super impressed from start to finish and could not have asked for anything more.
I had my initial consultation with Adjay today and felt really welcomed. He listened to all my concerns and recommended a suitable plan for all my needs. Looking forward to starting my treatment at Clear Smiles soon.
