Amazing experience. I had a consultation booked after seeing and speaking to Dr Sharma on social media. From the moment I got to the surgery, the staff were amazing. They made me a coffee and gave me some water, they were super friendly, and I had a great chat with the staff while I was waiting for Dr Southi (who I saw on the day). The surgery is clean, warm and welcoming, with stunning decor including a lovely white piano which is an amazing centre piece. In the consultation, Dr Southi explained everything clearly and simply and was very warm and welcoming. He even offered advice on things outside of the dental procedure, including talking to a colleague who had experience with having a child with additional needs (my son has some autism). I was super impressed from start to finish and could not have asked for anything more.

I then had my consultation with Adjay Southi and Dr Yanbo about starting my Invisalign journey. I have had a really good experience so far with Clear Smiles. Everyone I’ve spoken to and seen during my first appointment has been really welcoming and put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door—a really good professional and caring team. The practice is lovely; it doesn’t feel like you’re in a dentist’s when you’re in the waiting area. Adjay, Dr Chet, and Dr Maha have been great with everything so far, from answering questions and providing consultations to starting the process of straightening my teeth.
